Our commitment

Ashraya Special School aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is built into this website's design and code, rather than added through an overlay widget.

What we've done

Semantic structure, clear headings and a "skip to content" link.
Full keyboard operability with a visible focus indicator.
Colour contrast that meets AA (4.5:1 for text, 3:1 for large text and controls).
Text alternatives for meaningful images and labels on every form field.
Text that resizes to 200% and layouts that reflow on small screens.
Plain, simple language wherever possible.
